Consultation Group for Licensed Therapists
Description
Comfortable, facilitated case consultation group designed for licensed therapists who want to look closely at their clinical work. Members benefit from the support and stimulation of discussing clinical, personal and practice issues with colleagues, deepening their understanding of client’s processes, and sharpening their clinical skills. Join us as we explore the interplay between your countertransference and personal life issues. This group meets twice monthly: on Thursdays from 9:30-11:00 am.

- Want to deepen your clinical work and increase you enjoyment
C.E. Units may be available for MFTs and LCSWs in the state of California. BBS Continuing Education Provider #PCE 4462. Units for psychologists pending.
About the Group Leader
Ann Steiner, Ph.D., M.F.T., CGP, FAGPA (CA. license #ML17115), served as an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of California Medical School, San Francisco for over 14 years. Dr. Steiner is a pioneer in working with and teaching about individuals derailed by chronic physical illness. She is a noted national and international speaker, workshop leader, author, consultant to therapists, and is a highly respected, practicing psychotherapist. In addition, she is on the faculty of The Psychotherapy Institute's Group Therapy Training Program and was elected to serve on the Board of the American Group Psychotherapy Association from 2012 to 2016 served as a Board Member for the International Human Learning Resources Network, and is a member of DEI Task Force for the American Group Psychotherapy Association.
